Who We Are
Bereaved Families of Ontario ~ York Region began in 1991 by four mothers who came together to share the pain of the deaths of their children and in response to the needs of the community. They wanted to ensure that there was support for all of those who suffered the loss of a child. Today, BFOYR celebrates 25 years of providing services to individuals, seniors, children, youth and families through our support programs.
BFOYR relies SOLELY on the generosity of individuals, corporate donations, annual membership appeals and fundraising events throughout the year to run our programs and services. Visit our donation page and support BFOYR today!
